Request Account Deletion

Before you delete

Deleting your Tradestock account is permanent and cannot be undone. This removes your ability to log in, list vehicles, send messages, or make offers on the marketplace.

If you simply want to pause your subscription, use the Account & Billing page inside the app to cancel or manage your plan instead.

How to request deletion

Sign in to your account using your registered Tradestock dealer email and password.

Open Security Settings → Delete Accountfrom within the app, or use the button below to start the deletion immediately from this page.

Confirm the prompt. Your account and associated data are removed right away.

Prefer to email us? Send a request to info@tradestockmarketplace.com from your registered email with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

You’ll be asked to sign in if you aren’t already.

What gets deleted

Your dealer profile (business name, contact details, address, phone, logo)
All vehicle listings you created (photos, specs, descriptions)
Saved vehicles and saved searches
All enquiries and messages between you and other dealers
All offers you made or received (and their negotiation history)
Reviews you wrote and reviews left about your dealership
Team member invitations linked to your dealership
Your login credentials (Supabase auth account) — you can no longer sign in

What we keep (and for how long)

Some records are retained where we have a legal or operational obligation, and are then permanently removed:

Stripe billing & invoices — kept for up to 7 years to meet EU/UK tax and accounting law.
SDR commission ledger entries — retained for up to 7 years for tax/audit compliance.
Admin audit logs — kept up to 12 months for security and fraud investigation.
Email campaign send records — retained up to 12 months to prove consent/compliance.
