TradeStock – Terms of Use
TradeStock is a private, dealer-only platform that enables registered motor dealerships to advertise and communicate regarding trade and off-market vehicles.
1. Platform Only
TradeStock operates as a marketplace and communication platform only. TradeStock is not a party to any vehicle transaction, does not buy or sell vehicles, does not act as an agent or broker, and does not handle payments between dealers.
2. Dealer Responsibility
All listings, descriptions, prices, vehicle condition, inspections, transport, agreements, and transactions are the sole responsibility of the participating dealers. Dealers are responsible for ensuring all information they provide is accurate and compliant with applicable law.
3. No Warranties or Guarantees
TradeStock provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties or guarantees regarding vehicles, dealers, listings, availability, pricing, or transaction outcomes.
4. Trade-Only Access
TradeStock is strictly for verified motor trade professionals. Private sellers and consumers are not permitted to use the platform.
5. Fees and Subscriptions
Access to TradeStock is provided via a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partial periods, unused access, or cancellations.
6. Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. TradeStock does not store card details.
7. Suspension or Termination
TradeStock reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion for misuse, breach of these terms, or activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeStock shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising from the use of the platform or from transactions between dealers.
9. Changes
TradeStock may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
